Day 1
Arrival and participant registration, accommodation, and a study tour of the host destination. In the evening, the programme traditionally includes the official opening of the PUT Exchange and the Simply the Best awards ceremony, followed by an accompanying joint programme.
Day 2
The main business segment of the Exchange, including a business workshop and B2B meetings, professional lectures and presentations on current tourism topics, as well as continued exploration of the host destination through organised visits. The day concludes with an evening programme and informal networking.
Day 3
The final professional and thematic programme, presentations by partners and organisers, and the conclusion of the PUT Exchange with a joint farewell reception and departure of participants.
